Connected breathwork and sharing circle. 6 people.

This session includes connected breathwork and opportunities for group sharing, visualisation, journeying, constellation and/or meditation, depending on what presents and unfolds in the group.

This session is open to all people but can be reserved for a particular interest group if all 6 places are booked.

Wednesday monthly journeying and co creation 7.30-9.30 £20

This session includes shamanic journeying, guided visualisation and constellation work and may include dance and or music to enhance our creation. Bring instruments if you like.

An invitation to awaken mind, body and spirit through playfulness; led by Lucy Taylor from www.makeworkplay.co.uk and Sarah Chapman. Make Work Play helps people find their flow through playful facilitation and coaching. This workshop includes stimulating and fun physical play, games and exercises as well as ecstatic dance led by Sarah.
